Questions about Three UK? Maybe we can help.
Can I keep my number from my current network provider if I move to Three?
Yes, you can transfer your current number when you move to Three. However, you should already have an existing Three number to make the transfer. You would also need your PAC (Port Authorisation Code), which you can get from your current network provider. Once you have this, fill up the number port form:
to have the request processed.
If you send your request before 5pm from Monday to Friday, you will have your number transferred on the next working day. Else, it will be processed as soon as possible on the next working day. A text message and email will be sent to you to notify you when it will be moved.
How can I check the network status or if there’s coverage in our area?
You could always contact customer support for this. However, if you prefer to check online, you may use the network and coverage page: http://www.three.co.uk/Discover/Network/Coverage. Enter your postcode and click search to get the details. The information on the site is being updated every 30 minutes.
