Can I make a return for an ordered item?
The Fragrance Shop certifies that goods are transported in a safe condition to ensure that goods arrive without damages. If an item arrives in a damaged or faulty state, you can return it. Please ensure that you alert The Fragrance Shop within 28 days of receipt of the order about your intention to return the item. All returns must be made with the item in the original packaging with all tags and labels. Failure to do this will prevent The Fragrance Shop from making a full refund.

Your orders are delivered based on the delivery option you chose. With the UK Standard delivery, delivery takes between 3 to 5 working days to arrive. For the Next Day option,once the order is placed before 5 pm, it will be delivered the next day.
