Questions about TalkTalk? Maybe we can help.
I don’t have a landline, can I still get a Talk Talk phone or broadband service?
Yes, you can. They offer installation services for 50 pounds. An engineer will visit your home or location for new installation and be rest assured that a date, as well as time that will be convenient for you will be scheduled. Your installation charge will be added to your first bill.
I already have a landline can I still use that when I move to Talk Talk?
They can help you bring your old number onto their service. You will be told if it’s possible and if it’s not, you will be provided with a new number.
My family and I are moving home, what do we have to do to get Talk Talk service at our new location?
Before you move, give a fourteen-day notice to Talk Talk, so they make preparations. Also, you will need to let them know when you’re moving and where you’re moving to so they ensure you get the service as soon as you move in. This comes at no cost.
Do I need to take my equipment when moving home with Talk Talk?
You will have to take them along with you to help in setting you up, that is your router, your view box and microfilters if any and all connecting cables. You can start enjoying your Talk Talk TV once your broadband is up and running and your TV box is connected.
Why do I need to appoint a Power of Attorney Nominee for my Talk Talk account and what proof do you need to agree to such requests?
