Am I charged immediately I order?
For some products sent from the distribution centre, you’ll be charged once an order is despatched. For products delivered directly from a supplier, you may be charged at any point, that is between confirmation of your order and despatch.
If you Paying by PayPal, payment will be taken immediately. There will be an authorisation or pending payment on your account but this is cleared once payment goes through.
What happens if I am out and courier tries to deliver?
You can provide delivery instruction for your parcel to be left at a safe place or even with your neighbour. If you don’t, the courier will leave a card and attempt to redeliver. They will make three delivery attempts and if all unsuccessful, your order will be sent back to Lakeland UK.
How long will the Parcelshop hold my order?
Parcelshops holds orders for 10 days. After 10 days, the order will be sent back to the company.
Can I buy a gift voucher from Lakeland UK?
Yes, you can. They have £5, £10 and £20 values that can be spent online, in any of their UK stores or over the phone. They are sent post free.
How do I return an item?
There are three ways to return a product. You can return an item to any of Lakeland’s stores with your despatch or receipt of purchase. You can also return it by calling Lakeland Uk’s customer service team on their helpline to arrange a free collection and if you have had your parcel delivered by Hermes in the last 90 days, you can arrange a free return at www.hermesparcelreturn.co.uk. They will collect your parcel on a stated day between Monday to Saturday or you can drop it off at your local myHermes parcel shop. Your item should have a Hermes return label.
