Can my fare change if there’s traffic?
Your fare is fixed. So whether there’s traffic or not, it will not change.
How will I identify the driver?
The driver will stand in the arrival hall with your name which will be displayed on one of the company’s branded name boards. The drivers only use an official name board, making it very easy to identify. Just look out for the name board with Jupiter Cars and Couriers logo.
What details do I need to provide to confirm my booking?
Once you’re certain you want to book a vehicle, they will need a pick-up date and time, passenger name and mobile number, number of passengers, number of luggage and flight details, that is if your pick up is from the airport.
Will I share my vehicle with other passengers?
No. They offer private transfers, therefore you’ll be the only one in the vehicle.
Will I receive a text on my mobile phone once I land?
Yes, you will receive a text. Therefore have your local or international number on when you land. The text will contain your driver’s name, make and model of vehicle and registration plate.
