My Insurance policy documents are missing. How can I recover them?
Insure and Go has made provision for clients to retrieve their policy documents on the online platform. If you prefer that your documents be resent via postal services or if you face challenges accessing the online platform, contact the Insure and Go customer service number.
What is the age limit for registering for an insurance policy?
For Insure and Go policies, there are no age restraints. Individuals who are 66 and above can get the policy that gives a 31 days cover. This may either be a single trip or an annual multi-trip policy. Individuals aged 90 and above should call the Customer Service helpline to receive a quote.
Can I receive insurance if I am not a resident in UK?
Insure and Go provides insurance not to only UK residents but people living in the Channel Islands. Please note that you should have been living there for at least 6 months in the last year to request for an insurance cover.
What mode of payments are accepted for travel insurance?
Insure and Go accepts payments in form of Debit and credit cards. Acceptable credit and debit cards include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Switch, Maestro and Solo. Alternatively, you can contact Insure and Go, complete a quote and make a payment via cheque.
How will I receive my insurance policy?
Clients have the option of receiving their policies either via post or email. Alternatively, you can opt for receiving the policy by text message on your cellphone. Sending the policy via postal service takes a period between 5 to 10 working days to be delivered.
