Questions about Holiday Hypermarket? Maybe we can help.
What payment forms are accepted at Holiday Hypermarket?
You can make payments for your booking with credit and debit cards like Switch, Maestro, MasterCard, Visa and Delta. Debit card payments do not attract a fee but there is a 2% fee for payments with credit cards.
Is a visa required for my trip?
Though not compulsory, certain nations have stipulated that individuals are required to have a visa before taking a trip there. Clients are responsible for attaining their own visas before embarking on their trip. The Foreign and Commonwealth Office website has a list of all locations and nations that require a visa before they can travel there.
Can I choose my own seating?
Reserving a seat is an option some airlines offer clients at a fee. There is no standard charge since the policies of airlines differ from one to the other. To check if your chosen airline allocates the seats in advance or during check-in, refer to their terms and conditions. If you are not sure how to get access to the terms and conditions, contact the Holiday Hypermarket customer service center.
Do you provide car rental services?
Most of the holiday destinations have car services for clients to help them enjoy their holiday to satisfaction. Before you can hire a car, you must have a valid drivers license and an insurance coverage. Holiday Hypermarket can recommend some companies that offer this car hire service. For details on their pricing and requirements, check the terms and conditions of the Car rental service company of your choice.
Is there any insurance cover available?
It is advisable to get insurance coverage before going on a trip or a tour. You will be advised to get an insurance policy while you are making your holiday booking. Unfortunately, Holiday Hypermarket cannot provide any insurance policy for clients. You can, however, sign up with any Insurance company of your choice that will provide cover for medical emergencies and baggage loss while on your trip.
