What kind of delivery services are available at Healthspan UK?
Customers can enjoy a number of varying delivery options with Healthspan. The UK 2nd Class delivery is a free delivery option that takes between two to four business for orders to arrive. The UK Ist Class Delivery costs £1.95 and arrives within a working day or two. For clients who need their orders immediately, you can opt for the UK Courier option that ensures that your order arrives the next day at £7.95. For regions in Europe, Royal Mail deliveries take a period of 14 days to arrive while Courier services take three to four days to arrive. For all other parts of the world, the Royal Mail delivery service takes a period of 21 days for orders to arrive.
Can I make amendments or cancellations to my orders?
To ensure that customers receive their orders on time, all dispatches are made within 24 hours of your order. If you decide that you no longer require an item you ordered previously, alert Healthspan immediately by calling the customer service number. If this is done early, the item will not be dispatched for delivery. If the item has unfortunately left the warehouse, Healthspan will alert the client to return the order where all the cost for returns will be taken by the company. A full refund will follow after the return of the item.
What do I do if my order has not arrived?
Deliveries take time depending the option you chose. You can check the Delivery section of the Healthspan official site to check the duration of the various delivery options. Customs take most orders through routine examinations and hence, clients should wait for the specified time duration before tracking their order. If your order exceeds the appropriate time period specified, alert Healthspan via firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I make changes to details on my account?
Customers may choose to change their details either because they suspect an unauthorized use of their account or there may have been an error in the previous details. All you need to do is select the MY ACCOUNT tab and log in to your online account. Using the PERSONAL DETAILS option make all the necessary changes to your personal contact details and save them. The ADDRESS BOOK option allows you to make changes to your billing details.
Are my credit card details secure on the site?
None of your credit card details are stored in the Healthspan systems to ensure that other people do not access these details. All credit card information fed into the online systems are secured by the Healthspan Information Security Team who are highly skilled security and privacy experts.
