Can I obtain foreign currency while on a Holiday?
To help customers enjoy their trips to the fullest, Hays Travel has a Travel Money service. Benefits of Hays Travel Money are currency conversion at 0% commission charges and amazing daily rates. Clients can visit any of the 140-holiday destinations using the pickup and collect services and receive their money. Call the Customer Service and a representative will explain the whole process of buying back your currency. This service is available in most branches in the UK.
How do I make payments for my bookings?
Hays Travel allows clients to make online payments via thier official website. Customers can use credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Solo and Maestro to pay for their bookings, Simply visit the Hays Travel site and click on the MY BOOKINGS tab. Provide details required like your surname, date of birth of traveller and your booking reference code to log in.
How will I receive my tickets?
Many Airlines use the e-ticket service currently. This means all details of your flight and ticket will be forwarded to you via e-mail. You can proceed to make print outs of these documents, present them at the airport when travelling. However, if you prefer to receive your tickets by post, speak to a member of the Customer service team and relay your request.
What is the process for application or renewal of a passport?
It is advisable to renew your passport 9 months before the expiration date is due. Apart from April and September which may take longer, the passport process usually takes 3 weeks to arrive through the post. Alternatively, new applicants can use the Passport Check and Send service to receive their new passports at an additional fee.
Can I cancel group booking?
The lead passenger must do well to notify Hays Travel if they wish to cancel their booking. Send an email to email@example.com stating clearly whether you intend to cancel the whole booking or just for some members of the groups. You should also include the booking reference number so the cancellation process can be easily done. Any incurred charges will be relayed to you when you are contacted by a representative of Hays Travel.
