Does Hayes and Jarvis offer sales for their holiday Deals?

Do I need to make a deposit for my booking?
To make a booking with Hayes and Jarvis you have put down a £150 per person deposit. Certain Airlines require passengers to make a full payment of their bookings at high rates, due to the high demand of their tickets. Please note that this may not be refunded once you decide to cancel your flight. To check the deposit you are required to pay, visit the Holiday Summary page. If there is no ‘Deposit Due now’ shown, then you will be required to make a full payment for your booking.
What happens if I decide to make changes to my booking?
There may be genuine reasons for which you may need to change your booking and Hayes and Jarvis is here to assist you. If you need to make any amendments to your booking after your reservation is confirmed, you will be charged a fee of £35. If you wish to make any other changes including switching to another holiday package, all extra charges that come with the new package will be billed in your name. You will be required to pay a deposit corresponding to the new holiday package you have changed to.
Can I transfer my booking to another person?
If you can no longer travel using Hayes and Jarvis services, you may transfer your reservations to another person. You must alert the Hayes and Jarvis Travels team by writing to them within 83 if your bookings were made directly through Hayes and Jarvis services. If an agent made your booking, notify Hayes and Jarvis of your transfer intentions within 69 days. Additionally, you must include documentation of your travel with Hayes and Jarvis and details like the name and contact of the transferee. If there are any extra charges to be paid for the transfer, you will be duly notified.
What are the details required before I can travel on a Holiday?
Advanced Passenger Information is required of all clients 72 hours before departure on a holiday. This is in adherence to the UK Government legislation which states that the information be archived by the Customs and Immigration unit. Details required are:
- Full name provided in your passport.
- Date of birth
- Passport ID number
- Passport expiration date
- Country that issued the passport
