How to create an account?
The company automatically creates online accounts for customers when they sign up. If you provided a valid email address when you signed up, you have been automatically registered.
How long will it take to get a respond?
You should receive a letter in the post within a few days. Following this letter, you will enter the 14-day opportunity to cancel your switch and let the support team get your account set up behind the scenes. When 14 days are up, you should receive another welcome which confirms the start of your tariff with the company.
How can I remove access to my account from another user?
You must log in, Click on the ‘Accounts’ tab then on plus sign. You will have a list of people who have access to your account, click ‘Revoke’ and OK.
Why has my Direct Debit gone up if my account is in credit?
The company spreads your payments evenly over 12-months. It allows you to budget for the bigger bills you would accumulate. They review your Direct Debit amount to make sure your Direct Debit is always accurately reflecting your actual consumption.
What is an online tariff?
It is for people who can manage their account online. Everything you can do either on the company’s official website through your online account or email.
If I am on a tariff do I need to pay for cancellation fees?
No. If you’re on a tariff, you won’t need to pay fees.
How can I pay my bill?
A great variety of payment methods is available to you. Particularly, payments can be done by; Direct Debit, Online, By Phone, Pay Point, Prepayment Meter, Fuel Direct, Cheque by post.
What to do if I can’t pay my bill?
If you are having difficulty in paying your bill don’t worry as the company will help you. You just need to get in touch with the customer service to find a reasonable solution.
Can I get a refund?
If you have a credit available in your account, the company will certainly refund you that amount of money.
