What is the Click and Collect service?
With CollectPlus Click and Collect service, you can do your online shopping with over 90 brands and request that your orders be sent to any CollectPlus store. CollectPlus stores are open almost all day and 7 days a week. All you need to do is to choose the CollectPlus store of your choice at checkout. You will then receive a collection bar code which you will present at the store to collect your parcel.
Can I make press enquiries at CollectPlus?
Journalists and pressmen who need to make media and PR enquiries are free to do so. Request for an appointment to run an interview or clarify press release information by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
How do I track my parcel?
Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email including your order’s tracking number. This number is also available on your receipt or by signing into your CollectPlus account. To track the whereabouts and details of your item, visit the CollectPlus official website, scroll down and click the TRACK A PARCEL tab.
How do I make returns using CollectPlus services?
First visit the official CollectPlus website and select the Parcels, Returns and Labels page. Search if your retailer is available on CollectPlus service by using the search box provided. If the retail brand uses CollectPlus services, proceed to put the CollectPlus returns label on the package. Send the package to your nearest CollectPlus store and use the online tracking service to monitor if the return was successful.
How long do returns take?
The Standard Returns Service usually takes between 1 and 2 days to be delivered. If the delivery address is a non-mainland one, delivery takes up to 5 days instead the usual time period. If you are returning an item to a retailer, contact the retailer a few days after the set delivery date. Please note that bank holidays are not considered as working days at CollectPlus.
