Can I amend my existing booking?
If any you need to make any important changes to your previous booking, Butlins can offer assistance to make the process easier. If you need to extend your stay with Butlins, call the Butlins Existing Booking number and discuss your options. If something came up causing you to change the date of your booking, the warm staff will help you make the amendments, as long as a new date is available. You will be required to pay £20 as administrative charges.
Can I cancel my booking?
Butlins understands that anything can happen prior to your holiday getaway. Before making a booking, you will be offered the option of signing up for the insurance service Butlins offers. If you have subscribed to the insurance service, all cost and charges for cancelling the holiday will be covered. If unfortunately, you are not registered with the insurance services, no refunds will be paid. Please ensure to notify Butlins as soon as you decide to make a cancellation to reduce cancellation charges.
What does the B-line Pass service include?
Butlins always has fun activities and acts for families and couples to enjoy. Due to the large number of guests that patronize the services of Butlins, some of these attractions have a long queue. With the B-line Pass, you can get into the various entertainment venues and shows minutes before gates are officially opened to admit people. To ensure that you secure a B-line Pass, please make your reservation early by calling the Butlins booking number.
