Questions about Admiral Insurance UK? Maybe we can help.
What are the different covers I can purchase?
Admiral offers three types of coverage. Third Party Only cover is the lowest kind of cover available. This cover protects you from any damage that you may cause to other people as well as their property in case you got involved in an accident. However, with this cover, your car is not protected from any form of damage.
The Third Party, Fire and Theft cover is the mid-level cover that protects you from damages brought about by theft. This also protects you in case you cause damage to other people and their property.
The highest kind of cover is the Comprehensive cover wherein you will be protected against accidental and malicious damage to your car, fire and theft. You will also be covered for any damage that you may cause to another person as well as his or her property.
What should I do if my car got stolen?
The most important thing you should do first when you got your car stolen is to report it to the nearest police station. Make sure that you acquire the reference number for the theft. After which, contact Admiral Claims and talk to any of their advisors who will be getting all the information from you about the theft. The company will carry out an insurance industry database check to protect you against any form of fraud. After the enquiries, you will be given an offer to settle your claim.
Will I still be insured when I go out of the country?
As stated in your Certificate of Motor Insurance, your policy will protect you if you are in any of the several countries indicated and throughout the European Union. Your car will also be covered while it is being transported in between these countries. Your insurance allows you to a maximum of 30 consecutive days for a trip and a maximum of 90 days per year. Please call the Admiral customer service if you are taking your car to countries not listed in your certificate.
How can I pay for the renewal of my policy?

Please take note that admiral renews your policy automatically unless you stated to opt out from this feature. If you use your own credit or debit card for the previous year, Admiral will renew your policy in your behalf. But if you choose someone else’s card, please ensure that the cardholder agrees to the transaction first.
